Midday Thoughts 12/5/2016

There’s still much light left in these eyes, and many more adventures to come. My energy may have been temporarily dispersed, but it is back now—it is more centered and burns more brilliantly than ever.

Thank you to those who read my blog. You have helped me immeasurably. Prepare yourself for a full-frontal poetic assault.

And yes, I’m an adult male who decorates the headboard of his bed with purple Christmas lights. Judge me.

  1. Thank you so much for your concern, Brian!

The only aspects of my life that have really changed are my outlook and my perspective. Let’s call it a purging of negativity from my soul. I’ve resolved to be more forgiving of both myself and others, and to put out into the world only things that are positive or neutral in nature.

This small shift has dramatically affected my overall well-being. I thank you for your help in this. I have read and meditated on the links you’ve provided me over these past weeks. I’ve found much value in them.

    1. I’m glad I’ve been of some help, and I too believe that a good outlook is the key to a fulfilling life. Also, I ran into an excellent health tips site recently, here is one of my favorite posts:

It tells us how to synchronize our schedule with out biological clock to get better sleep, as well as at what times it is best to do different activities.

His health tip posts are concise and very relevant in our day and age, I strongly recommend you drop a few likes and comment/follow.
